Inspiring discussion today at the IAPSS - International Association for Political Science Students conference in Bremen.
Social movements rely on strong collective identity, My research proposes that this identity is sometime based on racial categorizations that may transform into racism. I illustrated this using three well-known case-studies: Gandhi's national liberation movement, anti-Apartheid movement in South Africa and the BDS movement.
My thanks go the the University of Haifa for making this trip possible.
